Nice )title hometown diner that served up one of the best bacon cheeseburgers and fries I've had in a decade. Their pies are homemade and spectacular. Worth a stop if you are driving through or visiting.

Had breakfast here the morning I left Mount Ida while on vacation. Food was good as well as the service. Place reminded me of a place in Fort Worth Texas where my wife and I used to go quite often. It's gone now so I was happy to find this cafe. Liked the atmosphere.

When we travel across the states we will time our stop here at Mt. Ida Cafe. It is a must stop! The food is always great! Again, these mom and pop places are simply the best! I highly recommend this place for your next meal.

Very nice local cafe in a very small Arkansas town. We had the pleasure of eating here after viewing the total eclipse which went right over Mt Ida. Food was delicious and economical. Service was extraordinary.

Stopped in for breakfast on my way back to Arizona on a solo motorcycle ride. First time in the Arkansas and usually ate at the hotels free breakfasts but wanted a change. I left early from Hot Springs and saw the Mt. Ida Cafe and pulled in. What a treat and delight this place turned out to be. A big slab of great tasting ham steak with hot coffee attentively refilled. What more can a traveler ask for? I highly recommend stopping by.

Why would anyone complain about the decor on the walls, and size of the bathrooms? Rick Chandler The food and service are nothing less than terrific at this place. Rick, you can always save money and have Raman Noodles at home!

We were driving through and this place was packed so we stopped usually a good sign right? Well it was a good stop I had the hot beef plate with mashed potatoes and a salad very filling so much food for the price. They had the Yankee chicken fried steak sandwich. That thing was crazy good this is definitely a hometown cafe there was some regulars in there playing cribbage on their lunch break Very cozy place, the only thing that would have took it over the edge would have been a hot pot belly stove. Definitely would stop again.
